Immigration Medical Exams in Bedford, TX

We provide USCIS-authorized immigration medical exams for patients in Bedford, Texas and surrounding areas. Our certified civil surgeon – Dr. Elmer Smith & Dr Munawar Haider – are licensed to conduct the full immigration physical required by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

What to Expect
We’ve streamlined the process to ensure your immigration medical exam is both thorough and efficient. The exam is completed over two appointments:
Nurse Visit
- Completion of required paperwork (Form I-693)
- Review of vaccination records and administration of any missing vaccines
- Lab draw as required by USCIS guidelines
Physical Exam with the Provider
- Full immigration physical exam with one of our civil surgeons
- Once completed, you’ll receive:
- A sealed envelope for USCIS
- A sealed envelope for USCIS
A copy of your exam for your personal records
