First time at this clinic and I was genuinely impressed. I've had bad experiences at other places where you feel like just a number. Dr. Arshad Quddoos actually sat down and talked to me like a person. I'll be making this my regular spot for sure.
Dr. Munawar Haider has been my primary care doctor for about three years now and I genuinely can't imagine going anywhere else. He remembers details about my health history without even looking at his notes. The front desk staff are friendly too, which honestly makes a big difference when you're not feeling well.
Mixed feelings. Danielle Davis Stout was great, knowledgeable and kind. But I got a bill that didn't match what I was quoted and it took a few calls to sort out. The billing department eventually fixed it but the back-and-forth was frustrating. Worth going for the care, just double-check your invoice.
Really appreciate that the staff here speaks multiple languages. I brought my mother in and she felt much more comfortable being able to communicate clearly. Dr. Farhan A. Khan was thorough and made sure my mother understood her care plan before we left. That kind of consideration goes a long way.
I switched here after my last clinic closed and I'm glad I did. The online patient portal actually works, which sounds like a low bar but my previous place was still doing everything by fax. Dr. Farhan A. Khan is straightforward and knowledgeable. Four stars only because I've had a couple of longer waits.
Preferred Primary is the BEST!!! Dr Smith and the entire staff are very PROFESSIONAL and attentive from Misty and Michelle at the front desk are very nice Amy Lisa Eboni Luis they take very good care of me!!! if you’re looking for a location to be seen by doctors, I highly recommend this place…
I love the staff here they truly care about your needs My Dr Elmer Smith is the best Dr ever I’ve been his patient for over 16 years. My family is also patients of his as well. He can look at you sometimes and see how much pain you’re in and diagnose you symptoms immediately. If ever you need a good Dr he is the best and I hate to brag about him because I don’t want his office to get too crowded then I won’t be able to get an appointment 😂🤣
With the initial blood work ordered by Dr. Haider, he was able to put me on the right track immediately during my follow up visit. Dr. Haider has a broader range of knowledge among most doctors I know. He's caring, assertive, smart and not hesitant with the most up-to-date resources/treatments/medications if they're suitable for the patients. I feel my needs are met and he will not sugarcoat things if they're not right for me. I respect his honesty and professionalism.
