About Danielle Davis Stout
- I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing primary care. In addition to caring for patients in our clinic, I also see patients in skilled-rehabilitation and long-term care facilities. My goal is to establish a trusting relationship with my patients and their families, while promoting positive outcomes, healthy habits, and longevity. One of my strengths is listening to my patient's concerns and tailoring a treatment plan to meet their individualistic needs. In my spare time, I am also adjunct faculty for Concordia University's nursing program. I enjoy teaching future generations of healthcare professionals, as this truly is a calling.
